In StageFright (1987), a group of stage actors gather in a theater for a rehearsal of their new musical production. Unbeknownst to them, a dangerous psychopath has escaped and found his way into the theater, posing a threat to everyone inside. As they begin their rehearsal, tensions rise as the actors realize they are trapped inside with the killer. With no way to escape, they must come together to survive the night and outsmart the maniac who is hunting them down.
