Details
In the action-packed movie R.I.P.D. (2013), a police officer named Nick Walker is killed by his own partner during a drug bust gone wrong. However, his story doesn't end there. Nick is recruited by the Rest In Peace Department (R.I.P.D.), a law enforcement agency in the afterlife responsible for capturing dangerous monsters disguised as humans. As a member of the R.I.P.D., Nick is given a new identity and is partnered with a seasoned and quick-witted veteran named Roy.
Together, Nick and Roy are tasked with tracking down and apprehending these monstrous beings known as Deados. These creatures are souls who have escaped judgment and are hiding among the living, wreaking havoc on the world. With their unique abilities and specialized weapons, the duo battles a wide array of supernatural adversaries as they uncover a sinister plot that could have devastating consequences for both the afterlife and the living world.
As they work together, Nick begins to learn more about the nature of the afterlife, redemption, and the importance of doing what is right.
