In the comedy film 21 & Over (2013), college student Jeff Chang's friends plan a night out to celebrate his 21st birthday. However, this outing quickly turns into a wild adventure full of chaos and mishaps.
Jeff Chang, an intelligent and dedicated student, is preparing for an important medical school interview the following morning. Against his better judgment, he agrees to join his two best friends, Miller and Casey, for a quick drink. But what was meant to be a simple celebration spirals out of control as they venture from one crazy party to another.
Throughout the night, Jeff Chang becomes the center of attention, enduring various embarrassing and outrageous situations. As the trio faces challenges at every turn, they must confront their own insecurities and reevaluate their friendships.
