Doctor Strange (2016) follows the story of Dr. Stephen Strange, a gifted neurosurgeon played by Benedict Cumberbatch. After a tragic car accident leaves him with severe injuries and shatters his career, he embarks on a journey in search of physical and spiritual healing. His quest leads him to an ancient and mysterious enclave known as Kamar-Taj, where he encounters The Ancient One, a powerful sorcerer played by Tilda Swinton.
Under The Ancient One's tutelage, Strange learns about the mystical arts and discovers that there are parallel dimensions and unseen forces that govern the universe. As he hones his newfound powers, he must face the dark forces led by Kaecilius, a former disciple of The Ancient One, played by Mads Mikkelsen.
