Details
Creamerie is a dystopian comedy series set in a not-too-distant future where a viral plague has decimated 99% of the male population. The surviving 1% of men were sent to The Facility in New Zealand, but it's believed that they didn't make it. However, there are clues suggesting otherwise.
The story follows three female friends, desperate to survive in this post-apocalyptic world. They reside in an all-female commune called Creamerie, where they have created a new society based on their own rules and regulations. The commune is led by the strict and enigmatic Aunt Lydia.
As the women navigate their day-to-day lives in Creamerie, they encounter a mysterious man who claims to be from The Facility, challenging their beliefs about the fate of the male survivors. This encounter sets off a series of bizarre and humorous events that shake the foundation of their society.
Creamerie combines elements of sci-fi, comedy, and feminist themes to explore the dynamics of gender, power, and survival in a world where women have taken control. The series aims to entertain and provoke thought, questioning the stereotypes and assumptions we hold about gender roles.
With its intriguing premise and darkly comedic tone, Creamerie offers a unique and compelling viewing experience for those seeking a thought-provoking dystopian series.
